Where is AXIS 360 located?

AXIS 360 is located at 89 LaSalle Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214. We’re just minutes from the University at Buffalo south campus.

Where is the leasing office?

Our main leasing office is located at 89 LaSalle Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214 and is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We also have a secondary office at the University at Buffalo Commons Room #212, open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

What does rent include?

For your convenience, rent includes high-speed wireless Internet, cable, heat, water, recycling, trash, and sewer. You also have full access to all of our amazing amenities and on-site professional staff!

Do your apartments come furnished?

Yes! Our apartments are fully furnished with furniture and appliances.

How do I get to campus?

Our incredible location makes it easy to get to campus — we’re less than a half mile to the edge of UB South Campus, and we have a resident shuttle to help you get around. We’re also conveniently located next to the Metro Rail station, making it easy to get to downtown Buffalo.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, we have ample on-site parking with a covered parking option.

What floor plans do you offer?

At AXIS 360, we offer studio, two-, and three-bedroom options, so you can find the fit that’s right for you. Plus, each bedroom includes its own bathroom so you don’t have to fight for mirror time in the morning!

What is an individual lease?

An individual lease is a per-bed/bath lease. You sign a lease for a bed and bathroom in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time!

What is the process to match roommates?

If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too!

What is the Students First™ program?

The Students First™ program is designed to give you the ultimate student living experience. Students First™ is the combination of a highly trained and caring staff, student services, resources, and events — all designed to meet your needs as a modern, active college student. At AXIS 360, we want to provide you with a positive sense of community and prepare you for success in all areas of your life now and after the University at Buffalo. Do you have an on-site laundry facility?

Each unit comes furnished with its own washer and dryer, so you don’t have to haul your laundry all over town.

Do you have a maintenance staff?

Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Do I have to be a student to live here?

No, you do not.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a $200 security deposit when you lease.

How do I pay rent?

You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online! For after hours, we have a 24-hour drop box outside of the leasing office.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 4th. Late fees begin incurring on the 5th of the month.

How do I apply for an apartment?

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on-site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.

I’m an international student — what do I need to sign my lease?

You will need your passport and I-20 form. Please call our office or email us if you have any additional questions.
